Look no further than the end of our Savor week line-up, to find the biggest, baddest blow-out of the week – a Rogue Ales takeover this Sunday. We’re clearing out the place for 30 outstanding kegs from our friends in Oregon who have hauled in an unimaginable array of brews, from Rogue classics to super-rarities. Set to debut are also two new drafts to DC – Rogue Creamery 75th Anniversary Ale and Chatoe Rogue Floor Malt Ale. Prefer a fine spirit over suds? It’s all covered. Rogue has been kind enough to bring in a nice variety of liquors and we’ll be mixing original cocktails from their arsenal of homegrown rums, gins and whiskeys all afternoon. Blowing the top of everything is a shuckfest of the food end of things, as the Rogue fellas have helped us get our hands on a massive amount of Yaquina Bay oysters. It’s all you can handle oysters, a slew of cool west coast cheeses from Rogue Creamery and other edible delights from Chef Kyle Bailey through the afternoon. Savor, we’ll sure be sorry to see you go, but consider this our way of making sure your send-off is both big and blazing.
